MERCHANT FEE
A fee of 2.5% will apply to Credit Card payment.
DEPOSIT PAID BY CHEQUE OR ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)
A Deposit of 1 night Tariff is required for each Room booked. Upon receipt of your FULL Deposit we will send a Booking Confirmation by email.
DEPOSIT PAID BY "BOOK ONLINE"
A deposit of $140 is required for all booking using Online booking system
DEPOSIT PAID BY CHEQUE
Cheque made to - "Balingup Rose Bed and Breakfast"

CANCELLATION POLICY
- We are happy on most occasions to hold your Deposit over for you to come and stay at a later date.
- If your Cancellation is before 14 days prior to arrival; you will receive a Full Refund of your Deposit less a Administration Fee of $25.
- If your Cancellation is 14 days or less your Deposit is Non Refundable.
- Reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking.
- Room Rates are set for 12 months from July to June. Rates may change without notice.
- When your Deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed by email or post.
- Any changes to bookings notice has to be given before 14 days.
- Failure to arrive or contact us on your reserved date will result in your booking being cancelled.
SPECIAL COMMENT
NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
KEY LOST
Lost key or not returned at check-out, a there will be charged a fee of $20.00.
Whilst all care is taken when you are our guest, please note that all your personal property is your own responsibility.
